Leader of the Cyber-Security and Safety team. Huáscar Espinoza holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from CEA (French Atomic Energy Commission). His research interests focus on safety/security-critical systems, assurance and certification, model-driven development and autonomous vehicles. Dr. Espinoza has extensive experience on EU projects as project leader and has coordinated the work of large international initiatives, such as the large-scale FP7 OPENCOSS project (11,8 MEUR total budget), the AMASS project (20 MEUR total budget), and has co-chaired the standardization committee of MARTE (Modeling and Analyzing Real-Time and Embedded). Dr. Espinoza is founder of a SME providing technological solutions based on Drones (Adronika). He is also chair/program committee member of more than ten regular international conferences and workshops.
